With his guidance and multifaceted support, the Rapla Women’s Nights Film Festival has come to fruition and has survived until now.<\/p>\n

The Dark Nights Film Festival, founded in 1997, is one of the largest film festivals in Northern Europe, being one of the 15 festivals in the world with an A-category competition program recognized by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF).
